We require a $50 deposit to secure all bookings and this can be redeemed on your service however this deposit is non-refundable if you no-show or cancel within a 24 hour period.
SKIN’S PRE PAID TREATMENT PACKAGES are non refundable for change of mind or change of life circumstance.
Skin offers a 7 day cooling off period for all pre paid treatment packages.
Our pre paid discounted packages have an expiry of 12 months from the purchase date.
At Managements discretion, extension of expiry and change over to another’s name will be honored given the circumstance.
No show or last minute cancellation, less than 24 hours to a pre paid appointment will forfeit the service from your credit.
GIFT VOUCHERS now offer a 3 year expiry from date of purchase.
No show or last minute cancellation, less than 24 hours for an appointment using gift voucher will forfeit the booked service amount from your credit.
REFUND POLICY:
We at SKIN Peninsula pledge to do our best and provide you with exceptional service every time.
We do not provide refund on clinic services.
If you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received, please contact via our clinic phone line within two days of the appointment to discuss.
For health and safety reasons, our products can only be returned for a full refund if they are unopened and unused within 7 days of purchase.
If the product is opened or used, a 25% restocking fee will be charged, and you will be given store credit for the remaining amount.
